Developed in collaboration with an enology PhD at UC Davis over the course of a year, Cudera is a unique premium beer made from must (unfermented wine) and wort (unfermented beer) co-fermented with both beer and wine yeast.

 Cudera is a partnership between Etienne Hunyady of Bolgheri, Tuscany, Jan-Erik Paino of Ruhstaller, Sacramento, California & M.F. Dunn of Oakville, California. Their combined passions bring you Cudera USA.
